I’ve seen this book before but now that I have my own copy, I spent like two hours just now reading the entire thing and studying the designs. omg and it is awesome!!! All you Avatar fans that are following me should really buy one. You will not regret it TRUST ME!

Sorry if this big post clogs up your dashboard a bit, but DAMNIT I am in a warm-fuzzy mood and this needs to get out there. This post is dedicated to all of you SRU readers who have followed the story and the artwork, who have been traveling on this journey alongside me. There’s still more steps to take before the end, to be sure, but I am so thankful for all of you readers, and all of you artists who collaborate with me (commission or not) and have helped make ‘What I Learned at SRU’ reach the amazing milestone of TWO HUNDRED pieces of artwork in grand total, with more to come. (I considered making this post an AMV, but honestly, I actually have an AMV planned for SRU’s conclusion…So we’ll do that then!)

This series begins and ends with pieces from a pair of comic strips I commissioned from the wonderful kellykao and scarletneko12. You find them in comic strip format HERE and HERE, you will find links to each individual image on those pages. Big thanks to those two artists in particular for working with me on so many SRU artworks. I’m also going to add links to many of the lyrics just for fun parallels or what-have-you, though many of them will not make sense to non-readers (again, this post really is specifically for your SRU fans).

Thanks for every pageview, every comment, every favorite…This project has literally been a life-changing journey, and has been the primary source behind why 2012 has been the happiest year of my entire life so far, and that is no understatement. I never anticipated this project would become what it is when I started out.

Thank you guys for believing in me, in following my work, and for being such an amazing mini fanbase; even if I don’t hear from many of you out there, I see the numbers, I know you guys are out there. Here’s to you, and here’s to seeing this project through to its inevitable (mostly) happy ending.
